SIMPLE BONDA


Bonda is a great appetizer for evening. I prepare these mostly during rainy and winter season sand during festival time. I did this using besan(chickpea flour) and little rice flour. 

Ingredients:

2-3 cups of chickpea flour
1-2 tbsp of rice flour
2-3 green chillies finely chopped 
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp pudina (mint leaves)
2 tbsp corriander leaves
1 onion finely chopped
salt

Serves:2 to 3

Method:

1. In a bowl take all the above ingredients and mix with water. the mixture should not be watery it should be as thick like an idli barter. 
2. Heat oil in a kadai in a medium flame. Once oil gets heated use a spoon and put the above mixture in the oil.
3. Fry in a medium flame until it turns golden brown.

Serve hot and enjoy with chutney or ketchup!!!!
