PEPPER CHICKEN FRY(CURRY VERSION)

Pepper Chicken Fry recipe i have prepared in a curry version. It goes well with hot rice and also as a side dish. It takes only very few mins to prepare. 

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
1/2 onion(finely chopped into small pieces)
8 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
4-5 cloves
few curry leaves
bell pepper(I have used both red and yellow)
1-2 green chillies
1 tbsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp soya sauce
3-4 tbsp  oil

Method:
1. Wash and clean the chicken in water. Keep it aside.
2. In a pan add oil, cloves, crushed garlic and fry until garlic turns light brown. Add onions, green chillies, curry leaves and fry until onions turn light brown.
3. Now add chicken, turmeric and saute for 2-3 mins. Add salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and keep sauting in between.
4. Once the chicken is almost cooked, add soya sauce and required salt and fry for some more mins until chicken is fully cooked. Now add bell pepper(capsicum) and fry for 4-5 mins. Add black pepper and mix well and serve hot.
Enjoy with hot rice or as a side dish!!!
