GUACAMOLE
Guacamole is made from avacados. Avacados(also alligator pear)refers to the tree's fruit, which is botanically a large berry containing a single large seed. Avacado is high in healthy fats. It is incredibly nutritious and loaded with fibre. It lowers cholesterol. Serving Avacados to kids offer numerous advantages, as they provide abundant vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients.
I prepare guacamole and bread toast for breakfast once in a week. Its very healthy and tasty.
Ingredients
1 ripe avacado
1/4 or 1/2 Onion
1/2 tomato
1 or 2 green chillies[As per your spicy level]
salt
pepper less than 1/4 tsp
Serves : 2
Method
1. Peel the skin of avacado. Cut that it into 2 halves and remove the seed.
2. Take a bowl and mash the avacados well.
3. Add chopped onions, greenchillies, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix Gently and spread on top of the toasted bread.
4. Enjoy the healthy bread toast.
