BOILED EGG MASALA
Boiled Egg Masala recipe is very simple and easy one. It is a very tasty side dish for pulav, Sambar etc., I usually prepare this as a side dish for pulav. It takes very less time to prepare this dish.
Ingredients:
2 - 3 boiled eggs
Oil
Few curry leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt as per taste
1 tbsp corriander leaves
Method:
2. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil,curry leaves and fry for few seconds until the curry leaves turns crispy.Now add the spice powder mixture and boiled eggs(cut into 2 halves).
3. Maintain a medium flame and turn the eggs again upside down carefully so that the yolk doesn't come out. Continue the same process untill the eggs get fried both the sides.
Note: Once you drop the boiled eggs(cut into 2 halves) on the mixture do not turn them immediately because the masala will not get absorbed by the eggs properly. So after few seconds turn them upside down.
4. Remove the eggs once all the masala is absorbed and eggs are fried well.
5. Garnish it with corriander leaves.
